Applications View

Overview

  • This page describes what you can do in the applications view in eizen agentic platform.

  • The applications view is the default view in eizen agentic platform.

  • To return to this view from any other views at the environment level, click Applications in the navigation pane.

  • To return to this view from an application, click the back arrow in the header bar.

Purpose

The Applications view enables you to create new applications and access any applications within the environment that you have permission to use.

Creating an Application in eizen agentic platform

  • Click New Application in the Configure Applications pane.
  • You can now create a new application in two ways: Manual Creation and Prompt-based Creation.

1. Manual Creation

To manually create an application:

  • Name – Enter a unique name for your application.
  • Prefix – Provide a short prefix (2–3 letters) to identify the application.
  • Description – Add a short description explaining the purpose of the application.
  • Once all details are filled, click Create to generate the application.

2. Prompt-based Creation

For a quicker option, use Prompt-based Creation:

  • Simply enter an application description in the prompt box.
  • The system will automatically generate the application based on your input.
  • This method is useful for fast prototyping and reduces manual effort.

Access your applications

The Your Applications pane provides quick access to your most recently accessed or modified applications. You can use the Show Rows button to customize how many recent applications are displayed at a time.

The following modifications will cause an application to show up on Your Applications:

  • Renaming an application

The following modifications will not cause an application to show up on Your Applications:

  • Creating a new design object
  • Modifying folders and their contents.

Managing Applications

Within the Your Applications pane, you can easily organize and manage existing applications.

  • Use the search bar to quickly find applications by name.
  • This is especially useful when you have multiple applications and want to locate one instantly.

Import

  • The Import button allows you to bring an application into the eizen agentic platform.
  • You can import applications that were exported earlier or shared by others.
  • Once imported, the application will appear in your Your Applications list with its name, prefix, and description.

View the applications list

The applications list displays information about applications for which you have at least Viewer permissions. Each row in the applications list contains the following columns:

  • Name: The name of the application.
  • Prefix: The prefix of the application
  • Description: The description of the application.

Open an application

In the applications list, click the application name.

Edit an application

Next to the application name, click on the three dots which gives you an edit option to edit the name of the application.

Export an application

Next to the application name, click on the three dots which gives you an export option to download and share your applications for reuse or backup.

Delete an application

Next to the application name, click on the three dots which gives you a delete application option.
